Step 1

Assessment of damage and customer consultation to discuss repairs or services.

Scanning. Every vehicle is scanned prior to disassembly to verify any related trouble codes. Disassembly is required to find hidden damage. It is not uncommon to identify more damage during the repair process that may require additional parts and labor which were not included in the original estimate. If any further damage is detected we will call you with an updated completion date.

Step 3

Body repairs begin to bring your vehicle back to pre-loss condition. This includes measuring, straightening and part replacement. No work will be done without insurance company supplemental approval.

Step 4

Paint process begins and is completed after the clear coat is baked in our paint booth to ensure cohesion.

Step 5

Re-assembly includes all sublet work, alignment, post scan and calibration.

Step 6

Our quality control process includes a thorough inspection of all repairs. A test drive, checking functions of all safety features and vehicle clean up will be completed. Our goal is keep you 100% safe and satisfied.
